Welcome back to the Never Ending Backlog podcast! Today Zach is reviewing the 2007, racing simulator, Race 07, made by SimBin (now Sector3). Purchased many years ago and is one of the earlier entries in Zach's backlog, Race 07 was actually shelved as a result of purchasing Dirt Showdown and other more "simpler" racing games; but, this week Race 07 was dusted off and given the proper review it deserves!

Brief Description from Steam: RACE 07 - The Official WTCC Game features the full FIA WTCC season of 2007 including all cars and tracks, as well as several new support classes and tracks from all over the world. The game also features the full WTCC season of 2006 which was included in the games predecessor RACE - The WTCC Game, released in 2006 on PC.

As a group who does not follow professional racing, we really couldn't tell you what all of that means. What we can tell you is that for a game that is 13 years old (at time of recording), it worked pretty well on modern technology and featured a few nice UI/UX moments that other game developers should attempt to replicate.

But that's enough yapping, let's jump in the seat, strap on the harness, and get ready to do some laps on this episode of the Never Ending Backlog podcast!
